Once package has been delivered to the carrier, unfortunately it is out of our control, unless you’ve paid for shipping(priority only) If you haven’t received your package and paid for priority shipping please contact us so we can track your package. If you receive your package and it’s damaged, send us a picture and we will gladly take care of the rest for you. Also, please double check address because we do not offer refunds or reshipments.
